My bus was cancelled and I wasn't notified (not the first time). In the bus, customers aren't treated with much respect. On the plus side, they don't force you to pay an extra $10 for a visa at the border unlike other bus companies. It's just OK OK

The bus on the 20th was canceled and you never sent me a ticket. You took my money though.

Although I bought the ticket and selected a seat online, they gave me a different one at the office on the departure date. Probably it's better to go to the office 30 or 40 mins before departure time, buy and select a seat on the spot.

Overall services were okay. I bought tickets online but the ticket seller at the bus company recommended to buy directly from his office for easy check his reason was to ensure that the seats are guaranteed.
