The bus was much smaller than indicated when booking. The bags had to be stacked between the seats, and the seat allocations when booking werent even available. On the freeway, the driver was constantly looking at his phone and eating food, dangerous.

Booked online about 8 months before my trip. Was a bit worried when my trip came up would it all still be ok. Highly recommend Bookmebus to any traveller I had 3 bookings on my trip with them all of them flawless. Got my trip exactly how I ordered it

I have a negative experience with this company. When purchasing a ticket from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville, it was stated that the journey would take 3 hours, the ticket cost $15. As a result, we drove along the old road #4 travel time took 6 hours

Was a old big bus instead of the minivan we booked. Stoped all the time during the ride so the trip took way longer

The bus left 1h30 mins later due to the organizer trying to pick up as many people as possible. The limit of passengers was 16, but we were 21 in that van and we took the longer road which took us more than 4 hours. Will never ride with them again!!Avoid
