Супер классная поездка. Автобус новый, чистый, удобный. Ехали с мужем вдвоем на одной полке, такого даже в поезде нет. Зарядка, подсветка, кондиционер, чистый плед, который ещё очень вкусно пахнет. Туалет внутри. Остановки тоже были. Время прошло быстро.

There was a big confusion over the pickup location in Kampong Thom. We were told a different place from the original ticket, but then the driver couldn’t find us and he arrived an hour late. I’m sure it’s fine in the bigger cities where they have a depot.

They did calling guests that they change bus type/ time etc. to ensure guests okay to take it, but once guests not accept those changed and request to refund is BAD start .... they lock of own communication, one thing had 4 calls and not able to be settle

Was a superb experience, at ticket counter theys speak good enough english, help me a lot. The bus was superclean, comfortable, better than I expected, think its the first time I sleep in a bus. Driver experienced, we left on time and also get on time.

I occasionally go to siem reap. they have good car is Ford Transit it is so comfortable but they also have old Hiace car it make me headache when I go with this car. I hope they will upgrade this car soon. it is not comfort
